Large wall art piece made from recycled skateboards with a poplar border. The colored rectangles are individual veneers from many different recycled skateboard decks. They are arranged in a layered brick pattern and seated in a beefy circular frame made from solid poplar. Each piece of poplar in the frame is joined to the next piece using hand carved bowtie inlays. The main circle piece is finished with a layer of tabletop epoxy and the frame is coated with an all natural oil based finish.

Sturdy wire is strung across the back of the piece for easy mounting. The piece can be hung using a single hook or nail.
